设计沿着 Wentworth Park公园的弧度⽽行。 独⽴的⾖荚状塔楼⼀路升至九层，可⼀览悉 尼 CBD、Anzac 大桥和 Wentworth Park公 园。四个豆荚体给⼈一种⻛格独特的建筑感觉，既强化了公园的边际线，同时又使⼈饱 览公园及市中心的绝妙⻛景。
设计颇具创新性，不仅抓住了 Glebe 周边⼆层排屋建筑⻛格的精髓，以及更⼤范围的 Ultimo城市范围的特点，并且与之融会贯通，为公园和 Blackwattle 海湾通向 Broadway 购物中心及⼤学区的重要交通要 道引入了更为精细的欧式风格。
